Is there a particular meaning to the gold or silver wedding rings? Which do you prefer? Personally, I like silver or white gold rings, but for some reason when I think how I always picture groom wedding rings in gold. What do you think?
I guess the golden yellow is more traditional than white gold. But it depends on the style of the ring, which seems better. My ring is really blingy and would have looked aweful yellow gold. It would have made it look really bright. But white gold tones is welcome. I like yellow gold with a few solitary well.
for my wedding ring I always wanted something simple like a white gold ring with only three diamonds, more in the middle, and a smaller on each side ... Gold / silver white stripes are much prettier than me ...
I, like white gold or platinum wedding rings even better. To me, they seem classier and more beautiful with diamonds, and I think also corresponds to my clothes and jewelry other more. I do not think there is a special significance for the different colors and types of metals well.
Over the past 20 years, silver rings and jewelry have become more acceptable color and almost modern. We see marriage sets of our parents and they are gold, so we often rebel against that money instead and want.
I am firmly against the white gold wedding jewelry. The ring is a symbol of your love and breaks down white gold and worn. Not a great metaphor. I prefer Platinum. It keeps its color forever.
White gold is just a current fashion. You think of wedding rings in yellow, because they are classic and timeless - it is gold in its natural color, and is one of the oldest metals. It has been used throughout history and many cultures.
I prefer yellow gold, rings and my husband chose for me are in yellow gold. I also think the cons brilliant diamonds sparkle.
