Prom Earrings

I want to wear my earrings Grad, but my ears are stretched to 0 gauge. I do not know what to wear to look stylish. If it helps, my dress is cream / Champagne bustier and long term with a diamond brooch and silver. the prom is in about 6 weeks, if I order something, it should be soon.

I would clear a plug or a plug with a look of diamonds.
