I missed a few episodes. Why Josh has just gone to the institute for young offenders? And what he has to do with Rhys? Can someone inform me?

A few months ago, Rhys, Josh, India, Dave and Sasha were the Loft and Rhys was doping Josh beverages. Dave then suggested they go to a party (except Rhys) has led to Josh thought he was sober and they crashed. Rhys has done it is mounted in the car so he went and after having obtained them when they were crushed. He fired everyone in India and almost died. Now everyone thinks he was the hero and Josh have not reacted badly to believe that he had not been drinking. It was derailed because even if he got away with going to jail but then crashed car while drunk Ollie so it is now in jail for that.

Josh has been in the loft, with Rhys, India, Sasha and Dave. They decided to move to another part, after a few drinks there, Josh was on orange but Rhys kept him on doping with vodka, but it was not known. Josh, India, Sasha and Dave went to another party to conduct Josh on Josh how he lost control of the car and went backwards. India was left unconscious and Josh was arrested for drunk driving. He goes to court and he must go to AA meetings over six months, his license revoked and a suspended sentence. Everyone falls with Josh, but they all have forgiven except his father. Rhys begins a relationship with India, but broke after a day or two because that Josh still has feelings for her.

On the anniversary of India (shown at the same time that Valentine's wedding in Caramel Calvin) Josh drunk and drove a car, but crashed into a tree, then he woke up to the hospital and had to go to court and was sentenced.

No one yet knows about doping, but does not want Rhys Calvin is no longer there to tell anyone that everyone still sees Rhys as the hero and Josh as the bad guy.
