You can request a simple blood test kit and send it to a DNA test. This is the only reliable method of sex determination:

If you can not tell by the physical marking cockatiels, so you can go by their behavior.
Men will be more whistly and trying to attract your attention by "welcoming" a little and spreading their wings a little. Females are quieter and cry instead of whistling.
Is this the Pearl of the male bird? If the bird is the male bead then all the female children will bead. Pearl is a mutation sexlinked. The birds are facing mammals in that the male is XX and XY females. As the pearl mutation is performed on the X chromosome males must have two copies to Pearl. Women have only one X, so their father only to have a copy. As the male has only X chromosomes carrying the mutation of pearls, and all her female offspring to be pearl. You represent the bird beads (yellow) that you mean that you have a solid yellow bird? If so, it is luntino (red eyes) or disable foot (black eyes) does pearl. Luntino is also a mutation linked to gender so that the same applies, but it is clear foot so it does not apply. If the female is the pearl (or luntino) is not applicable and not sexing is a bit more complex. Your chicks should have completed their first adult molt (or are about to ') after the moulting of adult females is complete will be naked under the tail feathers and men will not. Until the first moult have all naked under the tail feathers
Well, it would be helpful if you told us what they look like.
Males whistle more, and gray have a yellow face and crest. Usually beads, I found that women still have their place within two or three years, and males to lose.

Hello, I have my cockatiels sex using the empirical method. They must be at least six months, but it's better if they are closer to a year. I've been handling birds for 12 years now and I have no difficulty. It takes a total of five seconds.
Gently grasp the bird with his left hand on top and flip / her over. Then use your right thumb feel down between his legs in a caressing movement fast. If the bird is a woman, you'll feel an opening large egg. If it is a male, you will notice his equipment and it will bite you quick. The whole process takes about five seconds.
If you can not do or do not feel comfortable doing so, ask someone who did it before you do not hurt the bird. Thus, all farmers do and they taught me.
