Copper Chain

Copper ChainIs it possible to change the look of copper Collier?

Is there something I can do to a chain necklace of copper? I do not look so bright, shiny and brassy.

A bit like how you can oxidixe money by placing and sealing of the room in a zipper bag along with a hardboiled egg and HOT let them stay there for a while to get this "oxidized" look black (it works elsewhere!)

Is it possible? Anyone have any good tips or advice out there? :)

Thank you!

You can try soaking it in vinegar and baking soda. Or try soaking in bleach. I would like to keep it as is, but you're lucky enough to turn green on your neck. Maybe take some fine sandpaper and a bit of distress.
