Can I cancel / stop the tarnishing of the gold color of cheap jewelry? I often buy gold jewelry at low prices in the shops of High Street. However, often the color of faded gold and the metal is left of a coppery-bronze color. Is there any way I can prevent this or get the jewelry back to its original golden color?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I like some of my jewelry cheap, even more than my real jewelry price!
I love my cheapo too, but they are turning my fingers green!
Before wearing them, I paint them with clear nail polish. Usually two layers to prevent chips and I never turn green again!
Keep the jewels in a bag when not in use such as exposure to chemicals in the air is what causes tarnishing.
Try to put your tarnished jewelry in a bowl with a little hot water, salt and baking soda, which can remove most of the tarnish

before even beginning to wear your jewelry, nails it in clear varnish layer, you should be editing, but I found it works
