I know where to buy fragments anywhere on Gaia (backalley merchants) but you can only by them with money, not gold.I already market-tested, but none were available. Is it even possible to find them without having to pay in cash? is not in a game? What game?

You can get them by completing quests on ZOMG but only for a few more days. Then they are removed from the game and the revenue so that you no longer need.
